Challenge

Steve Nisotel is a wedding photographer based in Boston, and I recently helped him rebrand to better reflect both his personality and the kind of couples he wants to attract.

Solution

We started with some "brand descriptors" to make sure every aesthetic decision had a purpose—something that really aligned with who Steve is and what his work is all about.

From there, I refined his logo, dropped the old, generic brand mark, and chose a serif font that felt more elevated and way easier to read. Then I pulled together a color palette inspired by the little details Steve captures so beautifully—think diamond rings, wedding dresses, tailored suits, golden hour sunsets, champagne toasts, gold bands, and of course, love.
