Challenge

Customer case study videos—especially in B2B—are usually pretty dull. I wanted to find a way to create one that tells the right story for both our product marketing and sales teams and pushes the creative envelope a bit.

Solution

I decided to shake things up and make these case studies way more cinematic than you'd ever expect from a legal tech company—without losing that real, authentic vibe. We didn’t just tell our customer’s success story—we brought it to life with a little LinkSquares flair and personality baked in.

results

In B2B creative, it’s pretty rare for a case study video to win any awards—but our Cogito video took home two Tellys. And it didn’t just look great—it performed, too. We saw a bunch of clicks on the call-to-action at the end, driving people straight to demo requests with our sales team.
