Challenge

When I joined LinkSquares, the company was in growth mode. We were looking to bring on more awesome, talented, and genuinely kind people. So we set out to create a recruiting video that didn’t just say LinkSquares was a great place to work — it showed it.

Solution

We featured real members of the LinkSquad, spotlighting not just their roles but their lives outside of work. It was all about giving people a real sense of our culture and what work-life balance actually looked like here.

Once the video was done, we built a custom careers page to showcase it. We included original animations to give it that extra LinkSquares-y feel.

Results

The result was a huge success. The page and video helped drive a ton of leads, played a big role in scaling the company, and even brought home some hardware: two Telly Awards and a Platinum Hermes Creative Award.
